ALINDA KRING~ ART ADVISORY
About

Built at the intersection of art, business and an international way of seeing the world.

01From Finance to Art

A deliberate shift from structured markets to creative expressions.

Alinda studied Business Management with Financial Accounting at King's College London before beginning her career in finance. Her ambition, however, extended beyond the financial world.

Choosing to pursue a career shaped by culture, creativity and ideas, she left finance to enter the art world and completed an MA in Art Business at Sotheby's Institute of Art.

02A Commitment to Knowledge

She is currently pursuing a PhD, continuing an academic journey that reflects her belief that meaningful advisory begins with knowledge, curiosity and an evolving understanding of the market.

03An International Perspective

Lived in several countries, shaping a natural ability to connect cultures and navigate global markets.

Half German and half Turkish, Alinda has lived in several countries and has called London home for more than a decade. Her life across different cultures has shaped both her perspective and her approach to business. It has given her the ability to move naturally between countries, communities and ways of thinking, building relationships that extend beyond geographical and cultural boundaries.

04Recognition

Her approach to the industry has received significant recognition.

05The Idea

Bringing together financial discipline, commercial understanding and specialist knowledge of art, Alinda saw an opportunity to create a different kind of advisory: one that could understand the traditions of the art world without being restricted by them.

A Different Kind of Advisory

06Today

Curating collections, shaping cultural partnerships, and developing spaces globally.

Today, Alinda Kring Art Advisory works across private and corporate art advisory, artist representation, valuations, curatorial and institutional projects, exhibitions, cultural partnerships, and collaborations with hotels and members' clubs.

The advisory also curates art collections for private residences, bringing together each client's individual taste, the character of the space and the long-term value of the collection.

Our Philosophy

“Rather than operating solely through conventional models, the advisory creates meaningful connections between artists, collectors, institutions, brands and spaces — developing opportunities that allow art to reach new audiences.”

A Word from the Founder

“I built this advisory because I believe the art world needs a different kind of voice — one that understands both the cultural weight of art and the commercial realities of the market.”

“My goal has always been to create meaningful connections: between artists and collectors, between ideas and spaces, between tradition and what comes next. Every project we take on is personal.”

Alinda is currently pursuing a PhD in Art Valuation at the University of Cambridge. She has also recently begun lecturing on Art and Business within the Business Management programme at Royal Holloway, University of London.
